Troubleshooting

The following indicates CARCAT Duo is functioning properly;

1. Strobe LED blinks (flashes) around every second
2. Faint but audible BEEPs every 30 seconds

Note: Audible BEEPs may not be heard in a very noisy environment.

The BEEPs may not be audible in a noisy surrounding. Try a quieter location, else unit needs replacement.

If u can hear the audible BEEP, the unit is functionally working and it will still repel rats. If the unit is still under warranty period, you can avail a free replacement.

Get following checked by a car mechanic;

1. Fuse
2. Loose connection of connectors
3. Disconnect the (+) connector and reconnect after one minute
