Additional Terms and Conditions

• Coverage Exclusions:
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage, unauthorized repairs, tampering, or misuse of the product.
  • Damage caused by natural calamities, fire, water immersion (beyond the device’s specified resistance levels), or accidents is not covered.
• Claim Process:
  • Warranty claims must be initiated through official communication channels (email or phone).
  • The original invoice and extended warranty certificate must be provided for claim validation.
• Replacement Terms:
  • If a replacement device is provided, the replacement will carry the remaining coverage of the extended warranty period.
  • Replacement devices may be new or refurbished but will meet original specifications.
• Plan Activation:
  • The extended warranty is activated only upon successful registration of the product serial number with CARCAT.
  • Registration must be completed within 7 days of purchasing the extended warranty plan.
• Non-Transferability:
  • The extended warranty is non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser and device.
• No free pickup service:
  • Customers will have to ship the product at their own expense.
• Refund Policy:
  • The extended warranty plan is non-refundable once activated.
• Third-Party Services Exclusion:
  • Repairs or replacements performed by unauthorized third parties will void the extended warranty coverage.
• Technical Issues Covered:
  • The plan exclusively covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions arising under normal usage conditions.
• Validity and Renewal:
  • The extended warranty plan is valid only for the specified period and cannot be renewed or extended further.
